I only ate meat and bread because preparing vegetables and salad was too time consuming and hard work. Did little to no exercise.  Drank excessive amounts of alcohol, really excessive.  50kg overweight and on doctor’s medication for diabetes, high blood pressure and gout (suffered very regular gout attacks that could last days or even weeks).  My PSA level was also on the increase.  After a thorough examination process, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer.  The doctors wanted to cut, I said no wait let me think about it and Anna said let’s treat now. Anna prescribed and encouraged me to follow a healthy diet, reduce my alcohol intake and exercise more whilst undergoing intensive Ozone, Vitamin C and UV treatments.  Anna has also prescribed an assortment of herbal medication to help improve my immune system and fight prostate cancer. Anna had my DNA tested to see which food types worked well for me and which food types to eliminate from my diet.  Whilst following Anna’s recommendations to totally eliminate sugar (Cancer loves sugar even more than you do), reduce or eliminate starch from my diet (I do cheat once a month with my favorite bread), fast regularly, sometimes for 36 hours, other times for 3, 5, 7, or even 12 days, the visible or measurable result of my diet and lifestyle change resulted in the reduction of more than 50kg body mass, but weight loss was not the goal.  The goal was to become healthy to deal with cancer. After two years without any doctor’s prescribed medication, my blood pressure is back to normal, the regular gout attacks are something of the past, (2 very mild attacks in the first year), my blood sugar level is well below the national average and the best part is my regular PSA tests results is consistently decreasing without any operation, medication of radiation. She is very knowledgable and took the time to explain how Ozone therapy could improve my health and boost immunity, which is something I really needed
